Smart Cable App is an android app which will work perfectly in sync with Smart Cable Web App to manage the cable business right from subscriber creation to bill payment and complaint management.You can use Smart Cable to
1.Add all your subscribers details like subscriber name, mobile number, STB ID etc
to the system.
2.Use Operator Dashboard to list out all your subscribers, view report of your payment
collection.
3.Create your own distributor packs as per the latest rules by TRAI and make it available
to your subscribers to select.
4. Add distributor packs and channels to allow subscribers to select channels of their
interest.
5. Add payment of your subscribers in offline mode, on behalf of your subscribers. An
immediate SMS and App notification will be sent to your subscriber once the
payment is successful.
6.View the list complaints that has been raised by your subscribers using our Trendfly
app.
7.Send notification once the complaint is resolved.
The Smart Cable App is integrated with our another public domain app Trendfly.
Along with other features of Trendfly app, it also allow your subscribers to manage their cable tv subscription with the cable operator . Using Trendfly subscribers can ..
1. Select Channel Packs of their interest, either packs provided by cable operator or
custom packs as per the subscribers interest.
2. Make online cable bill payment.(Trendfly has been integrated with Paytm payment
gateway.) The amount shall be credited to operator registered bank account.
3.Use Subscriber Dashboard to view their STB ID status, payment details and payment
history etc.
4.Subscribers can raise the complaints along with the details and a photo. An
Immediate SMS and App notification will be sent to respective operator.
